Will leave Saturday the 19th at approximately 6:00 a.m. from the
Racetrack gas station on Hwy 72 in Athens. Guest Speaker Attorney
General Troy King. There will be a poker run ($25.00) and
memorial ride. Lunch and Ride Pin will be provided. Join all
Alabama Chapters of the Blue Knights on this ride to our state's
capital. (For those who work at LCF, see bulletin board in Central

DATE: May 22-28th, 2008 (Thursday - Wednesday) LOCATION: Washington DC and New York MORE INFO: (Rolling Thunder is on the 25th of
May. So if you do not want to ride to New York, you head back home. There will
be a few bikes that will not make the New York trip so you will not have to ride
alone.)
We will leave Sonny G's Steak House on I-65 on Thursday at approximately 2:00
p.m. We will arrive in Bristol TN. at approximately 9:30 p.m. We will depart
Bristol TN, Friday Morning at approximately 8:00 a.m. We will arrive in
Chantilly, Virginia at our Hotel ( Fairfield Inn 1-703-435-1111 or
1-888-236-2427) Call for reservations. Saturday will be a sightseeing day in
Washington D.C. with possible tour of U.S. Capital building (I am working on
the details with the Capital Police) Sunday we depart the Hotel at approximately
5:30 a.m. and head to the Pentagon. We will arrive at the Pentagon at
approximately 6:00 a.m. Will will ride the Rolling Thunder Parade through
Washington. At this point you can either head back to Bristol TN, Stay in
Washington for the festivities, or head to up-state New York with myself and a
few others to meet the OCC family. (Meeting not guaranteed, as told to me by
American Chopper Producers) either way we will have pictures taken at the
factory that you see on TV and have one hell of a ride. If you have never seen
up-state New York, You are in for a treat. If you plan to do this leg of the
trip, get with me personally to get info on arrangements because it involves the
Blue Knights "Blue List" This will be a trip that you will never forget! | | |
